I have a Furch Pioneer. I managed to lower the action from 2.75mm to 2.25mm Low E 12th fret.
It takes a bit of patience and perseverance. It’s possible it might be easier on guitars with a larger sound hole than the pioneer (easier access).
It is pricey but you only have to buy it once and it’s saved having to sand down the saddle which can easily go wrong and can take a while. This did the job in about 10 minutes.
...and decent design, plus fits my Gibson J-45 perfectly.

The gentleman I talked to was very patient with me as I tried to find a small part that had fallen off one tuner. I eventually bought a set of tuners and they arrived in great condition and I was able to install one of them to solve my problem.

When assembled you wouldn’t think it a travel guitar. The workmanship is outstanding. My mate has one and soon as I saw and played it I ordered one same day. Good day ,my name is Jim Davis ,I like many of you have searched for the prefect travel guitar. I have hulled my full size dreadnought threw air ports and have missed multiple flight waiting on my Guitar at the Jet bridge.so I purchased a smaller travel guitar baby Taylor. This also some times would not fit in the over head of the air craft. So the trek continued for the prefect travel guitar, I turned to a teardown styles guitars. looked at some that had a one piece neck that bolted on to the body did not like any of the options out there in the convectional retail shops here in the stats.
this is when I started Surfing the net, and found this cool guitar that came apart in to a simple package that fits nicely into air craft overhead. watched as many videos as I could find, from the type of woods used and the different sounds that where generated from all of them to the finishes used to maximize the resonation of the top and sides, the machining proses ,the sourcing of material's, and the appreciation of all solid wood construction. so I pulled the trigger on one called (Little Jane SR 11) order was placed on 05/11/2025 it was delivered 05/16/2025
it was packaged very well and arrived in pristine condition. I was Thurley impressed with the craftsmanship, and quality of this interment. I do not regret purchasing this with out actually playing one. if you are looking for something to travel with pull the trigger its worth every cent! I reset the action and dip on my 25sr with this system, and I’m very happy with the result. A great system, that’s easy to use , and very effective.
I recently bought a Furch Vintage Pure OM SM guitar, and wanted to adjust the playing action.
As the guitar has the CNR Active system it needs a specific type of tool to adjust with, and the gooseneck drill extender I already owned was too inflexible to be of use.
I went online and ordered another more flexible tool from the site named after a South American river and jungle, and it turned up next day.
I managed to drop the action on the guitar a little bit, but not as far as I would have liked, as the tool was not up to the task in hand.
So I contacted Furch by email, and when a response came it had a link to the item I needed from the Furch store.
A minute or two later and I'd purchased the tool kit, and it was quickly dispatched.
When the tool kit arrived I didn't waste any time opening the box and using it.
Literally seconds later I'd adjusted the action to where I was happy with it, and verified the action height with the alignment gauge provided.
All of the tools in the kit are high quality, and beautifully made, and I have never regretted buying quality tools.
Like the guitars, the tool kit is a high quality item, and essential if you've bought a recent production guitar,
