We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Goods in stock are usually dispatched the next working day at the latest. Your order is then handed over to the DPD carrier, who will deliver your package to you. In this case, delivery times are different depending on the country of delivery.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
