We create our products with love, carefully selecting quality factories and partnering with trusted companies. Each product undergoes several months of testing before hitting the market. If there is a manufacturing error or damage, we sincerely apologize.

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be in original condition, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

After accepting your return request, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted. If the item is unused and in original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue. Report incomplete shipments or damages within 24 hours of receipt via email. Later claims will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Contact us with questions about your specific item. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is shipped to the EU, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. Items must be in original condition, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
