Absolutely. Every Little Jane is packed in multiple protective layers: a custom backpack, a sturdy Furch box, and a reinforced outer carton with foam corner blocks. On top of that, every shipment is fully insured.
While it’s extremely rare, if anything goes wrong, we’ve got you covered. Your guitar is insured, and we’ll handle any issues quickly and fairly.
Within the EU, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Outside the EU, it’s typically 5–10 days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.
Yes. We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us and we’ll assist you with the process, including safe packing and return shipping.
