When I received the guitar I discovered that the action is very high and it is too hard to play. Before purchasing I asked Lenka if the guitar would be set up especially since I requested a pickup to be installed. Here comment was "Of course, our technician will check and adjust the saddle and string action accordingly after installing the pickup, so the guitar will be properly set up before shipping." Obviously this did not happen. I am leaving for Europe for 6 weeks and unfortunately Little Jane will be staying home. Too difficult to play due to the string heights. Hope Furch will back their product as it was not a cheap guitar at over $4000. US Dollars. I will be happy to update my review once the guitar is setup correctly. My suggestion, do not purchase Furch sight unseen. Below is a photo of height of the strings at the 12 Fret. approx. 4 mm

I live in Massachusetts, and was introduced to Furch guitars at the music store where I take lessons. I speak to all of the employees there, as they are quite knowledgable. I asked about one of the Furch guitars they had on display, and received a glowing review regarding the quality of these instruments. My name is Frank, so I thought it appropriate to purchase a guitar that not only had the traditional "F" on the headstock, but an addditional 90 between the headstock and pickguard. I had just purchased a great all solid wood grand cutaway...but couldn't resist getting this limited edition beauty. I am very pleased with the Furch. It stays in tune and sounds great when played with fingers or pick. So glad I pulled the trigger on this,as they seemed to sell out very quickly. Like many guitarists, I have too many guitars. Some will be sold or traded, but this one is staying with me. A true value when compared to the other quality brands I've played. Congratulations on 45 years of making great instruments. Wishing you many more years to follow. I'm keeping my eye out for the 50th!

The craftsmanship, sound quality and attention to detail are outstanding, and the guitar exceeded my expectations. It is a beautiful, inspiring instrument and I am truly proud to own it.

Pour tous ceux qui laissent des commentaires en mettant 1 étoile, pour expliquer que ce n'est pas parfaitement ajusté etc... Je suis désolé de vous le dire, mais il faut est très naïf pour penser que ce sera parfaitement ajusté, il y a de la matière supplémentaire justement pour pouvoir l'ajuster à chaque guitare, parce que chaque guitare est unique, et aussi pour pouvoir ajuster la hauteur en fonction des goûts de chacun, c'est tellement évident et en plus stipulé par Furch. Mettre un p'tit coup de papier à poncer est à la portée de tout le monde...

I had to get used to the small size but damn this guitar is so lively. It’s amazing.
Purchased a LJ years ago but the neck gave problems from day, the official Furch dealer/agent didnt wanna fix it. Some time ago Ifound out it was the clamping fork so Ibought one fromFurch "for all models"
Didnt fit, cost me almost 100 backstage and still cant use the guitar.
Wanted to upgrade to a hardshell case for my Violet D-ERa. Ordering and shipping was fine. I received the case in what I can best describe as taped together garbage bags. Case seemed undamaged. But the clasp near the headstock was tight. And there is a gap near there even when the clasp is locked in a closed case. Enough that I can move it up and down. So not the best seal.
A few weeks later, I get a bill from FedEx for $160USD for import fees. So I’m almost $500 into a case that doesn’t feel worth more than $200.
I love Furch guitars and what they are doing with the CNR active neck.
But for a $300 case, and now an almost $500 case….I wish I wouldn’t have bought it.

I am the happy owner of three Furch guitars: a Vintage, a Little Jane, and the beautiful Violet Anniversary. Each of them is exceptional in its own way, and I genuinely love the voice of every single one.
As a musician, I look for instruments with a soul rather than simply a beautiful sound, and that’s exactly what I have found in every Furch guitar I’ve owned.
What amazes me most is that, although they share some construction choices and tonewoods, they all have their own distinct personality. None of them feels like a variation of another—they each inspire me differently every time I pick them up.

I have bought two Little Jane guitars directly from Furch because there are no delaers near whee I live. They have been easy to work with and shippped the guitars directly to me with no issue. Lenka Celinska was the person that helped me through the purchase and shipping process. She was very helpful and the guitars that she ensured I recieved were amazing. The guitar sounds and play amazingly well. he backpack storage feature is incredible.

Musím říct, že jsem dlouho čekal, až Furch rozšíří portfolio svých popruhů. A konečně jsem se dočkal. Firma RightOn! je známá svými kvalitními výrobky a podle všeho své popruhy opravdu dělají ve Španělsku, což je super!👍 Nejsem fanouškem “vegan” popruhů z umělé kůže, neb si myslím, že výroba umělé koženky zatěžuje přírodu mnohem víc než výroba z pravé kůže, tedy přírodního materiálu, proto jsem také sáhnul po popruhu z pravé kůže. Musím říct, že jsem byl velmi mile překvapen zpracováním, přestože očekávání byla veliká, ale i třeba takovými detaily v podobě vnitřních picks holders! To hodně cením!😎 Zkrátka a dobře je prostě vidět, že firma Furch Guitars spolupracuje výhradně s takovými výrobci příslušenství, u kterých to opravdu dává smysl.
I am indeed enjoying my lil Jane. I have a cedar/mahogany version and it sings and has great volume and tone. It is truly an engineering wonder. I have many musician friends and they have all looked at and remarked what a wonder it is. We have dis-assembled it many times just to amaze ourselves that doing so does not de-tune the instrument. It’s just a wonderful guitar.
I did get a chance to play a lil Jane in Prague when I visited this spring. The guys at Hubl Music were most kind and allowed me to play a variety of Furch instruments and demoed the lil Jane. Hubl is an excellent store. They are extremely careful with the instruments and were very attentive to my needs. Hubl gave me a great experience. I was actually looking to buy a red deluxe with a cedar top but Hubl did not have one at the time. I’m still looking for such an instrument. I ordered a lil Jane once I got home.
Furch is making quite the impression here in the US. Among musicians the appreciation for the build quality, playability and value is growing enormously. I currently believe that Furch’s success is limited only by your sparse dealer network in the US.
Once you play a Furch it becomes a direct competitor to Taylor and Martin. Furch has a unique tonal resonance and feel different and in many respects better than others. Obviously I am a big fan.
Good quality fabric and make. Well fitting, true to size. Logo also good quality. Delighted with it.
It doesn't fit right out of the box on my Furch Vintage Pure D-SM, it's too thick. in my book, this is not ok, I bought a genuine part cause I don't want to take it in at a luthier's shop, I don't even have this option. but good customer service
